satzklar is a free educational tool that provides:

  • Interactive dependency tree visualization

  • 3D sentence structure visualization
  • Educational grammar reference materials

The Service is designed for educational purposes to help users understand German grammar and sentence structure.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

When you submit German text for analysis, you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze the text to provide the Service.

Data Retention Policy

Successfully parsed sentences may be stored for up to one year for service improvement purposes. We do not store personal information about users or link submitted content to individual users.

Content Guidelines

Please only submit German text that you have the right to analyze. Do not submit:

  • Copyrighted material without permission
  • Personal information or sensitive content
  • Content belonging to others without authorization
  • Confidential or proprietary information

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, and educational content, is owned by satzklar and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without explicit permission.

Grammar reference materials and educational content are provided for learning purposes only.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive for accuracy using advanced AI technology, we do not guarantee that grammar analysis results are error-free or complete. Users should verify important information independently and use results as learning aids rather than absolute authorities.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, satzklar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed $100 USD.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
